Are these physical products?
No. Every product in The VA Starter Shop is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped to your home, and no delivery truck needs to find your address.
Who are these products made for?
Our products are created for aspiring and beginner virtual assistants who want practical guidance, professional templates, and clearer systems for starting and managing their VA work.
How will I receive my files?
After your payment is successfully completed, WooCommerce will provide a download link on the order confirmation page and in your order email. Customers with an account can also find available files under My Account and Downloads.
What file formats are included?
File formats are listed on each product page. The Client Ready VA Starter Kit includes PDF files, editable Microsoft Word files, and an editable Microsoft Excel workbook.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Editable formats are included where stated on the product page. Add your own information, branding, services, and client details before using a template.
Can I use the Word and Excel files with Google tools?
Yes. You can upload the DOCX files to Google Docs and the XLSX workbook to Google Sheets. Small formatting differences may appear depending on your device, software, or fonts.
Can I use these products for my own clients?
Yes. You may customize the templates and use completed materials while providing services to your own clients. The original editable files may not be given to clients unless a separate license specifically allows it.
Can I resell, share, or give away the templates?
No. Your purchase is for one individual. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or give away the original or modified templates.
Do I need experience before using a toolkit?
No. The products are designed to support beginners with clear prompts and practical steps. You should still review every file, personalize the content, and continue learning the tools required for your chosen services.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except when required by applicable law. Please review the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
What should I do if my download does not work?
First, check your order email and your spam or promotions folder. If the link is missing, expired, or not working, contact us with your name, email address, and order number so we can investigate.
